We have extensive experience in all types of procurement methods and are able to assist the client in the tendering process and the appointment of a builder, as well as monitoring costs and contractual issues throughout the construction period. We can also provide, replacement cost estimates for insurance purposes and, if necessary, assist in mediation and arbitration.
